Typical ranges for our labour and setting materials: thinset, grout, membranes and trim. The tile itself is extra.
- Kitchen backsplash: $900 to $2,400
- Tile floor: $11 to $18 per square foot, with a $1,200 minimum for small rooms
- Tub surround retile: $3,200 to $5,500, including tearing out the old tile
- Walk-in shower, full rebuild: $7,500 to $14,000
- Regrouting or recaulking: from $350
- Heated floor mat under tile: add $14 to $20 per square foot, plus your electrician
A range is not a quote
The same shower can be $7,500 or $14,000 depending on what is behind the old tile, and nobody knows that until they look. Every job is quoted after a free in-home measure.
Tile
You can buy your own, or we order it from our suppliers at cost. Either way, order 10% extra for cuts and breakage.
